Abstract:
This clip is provided with a male member including a head section and a rod-shaped pin section, and a female member including: a cylindrical section that is inserted in a mounting hole formed in a mounting member and that has the pin section inserted into the inner side thereof; a first engagement claw that is provided to the cylindrical section and that engages with the pin section at each of a first insertion position of the pin section and a second insertion position further inward in the insertion direction than the first insertion position; and a second engagement claw that is provided to the cylindrical section and that engages with the edge of the mounting hole when the cylindrical section is inserted in the mounting hole. The external shape of the head section is larger than the external shape of the female member. The pin section is provided with: a permitting section that permits elastic deformation of the second engagement claw toward the inner side of the cylindrical section when the pin section is in the first insertion position; and a preventive section that is positioned closer to the head section side than the permitting section and that supports the second engagement claw from the inner side of the cylindrical section and prevents elastic deformation of the second claw section toward the inner side of the cylindrical section when the pin section is in the second insertion position.
