Disclosed in the present application are a closed-loop ultrasonic neuromodulation system and method. The modulation system selects, according to an observed intracranial condition and a skull structure of a patient, a matched ultrasonic transducer by means of a positioning and selecting module, and calculates a fixed position and an ultrasonic action distance of the ultrasonic transducer; three-dimensional reconstruction is performed on the skull structure by means of a fixing module so as to determine a fixing device matched with the skull structure, a matched treatment plan is prescribed, and an ultrasonic stimulation target point is selected; an ultrasonic module is used for performing ultrasonic stimulation on the ultrasonic stimulation target point of the patient; the ultrasonic module is controlled by means of a feedback module to work, the change of blood and oxygen of the ultrasonic stimulation target point is observed after stimulation, it is determined whether the selection of the target point is correct, a treatment effect is observed, and the treatment effect is outputted to an evaluation module for evaluation. The present application makes a patient undergo accurate treatment under a noninvasive or a minimally invasive condition, and by monitoring the state of an illness, rapidly adjusts a treatment plan, thereby better improving the state of the illness of the patient.
