Abstract:
A cloth cutting apparatus for use in clothing production, comprising a shell (1), an elevating device (2), a top plate (3), a cutting apparatus body (16), a transmission device (26), an ironing device (33), and rolling wheels (40). The height of the cutting apparatus body (16) is adjusted by means of the elevating device (2) so as to facilitate cutting cloth with different thicknesses, facilitate batch processing, and help to improving production efficiency; a gear (19) is engaged with a transmission gear (20), so that a cutting knife (17) is moved forwards and backwards so as to facilitate adjusting the cutting position of the cutting knife and be applicable for more cutting ranges; a cloth is driven to move by means of the transmission device (26); the cutting knife (17) is in contact with the cloth so as to complete the cutting of the cloth; moreover, the height of a fourth transmission roller (31) is adjusted so as to facilitate controlling the tension force of the cloth and be suitable to cut cloth with different elasticity; by ironing the cloth by means of the ironing device (33) mounted within a third transmission roller (30), the ironed cloth is flatter, and the present invention facilitates cloth cutting, reduces the preparation steps before cloth cutting, effectively reduces the amount of labor, and improves production efficiency.
