Abstract:
A clothes dryer according to this disclosure is provided with a circulation air passage connected to an outer drum and circulating air present in a rotating drum. The circulation air passage is provided with a filter device for capturing dust, and with a filter device housing section for removably housing the filter device. The filter device housing section has a pin for preventing the filter device from becoming dislodged from the filter device housing section. A sidewall of the filter device is provided with a sloped surface for guiding the pin in the direction of insertion of the filter device, and with an engagement section with which the pin having moved over the sloped surface engages.
