Abstract:
The present invention provides a system and method with which it is possible to efficiently use and operate a resource and constitute a cluster that satisfies the functions and services provided to a terminal with a MEC server. A clustering system 100 comprises: a monitoring unit 110 for monitoring the use state of a MEC server and network and storing the monitored state as telemetry information in a storage unit 120; a cluster plan request unit 130 for acquiring function/service provided area information and requirement information and non-telemetry information such as MEC server arrangement information and storing the acquired information in the storage unit 120; a cluster plan unit 140 for setting a virtual region comprising one or more strongholds that satisfy the provided area and requirement on the basis of each piece of information of the storage unit 120, and calculating a cluster plan for providing functions/services from among a plurality of MEC servers deployed in the strongholds belonging to the virtual region; and a cluster construction unit 150 for performing a clustering process on the basis of the cluster plan.
