Abstract:
Provided is a coated base fabric for an airbag, the fabric being obtained by coating a woven fabric comprising polyamide fibers with a resin, wherein the polyamide fibers that constitute the base fabric have a total fineness of 100-250 dtex and a tensile strength of 8.1 cN/dtex or more, and the coated base fabric for an airbag has a basis weight of 170 g/m2 or less, a base fabric packability of 1400 cm3 or less as measured in accordance with ASTM D6478-02, a tearing strength in the warp direction and weft direction of 200 N or more, and a slippage resistance in the warp direction and weft direction of 200 N or more.
