Abstract:
A coated fabric tensioning apparatus, comprising a workbench, wherein a sliding groove is provided in an inner wall of the workbench, and a sliding block is connected to an inner wall of the sliding groove; a movable column is connected to an outer wall of the sliding block, and an insertion block is arranged on one side of the movable column; a limiting plate is connected to the other side of the movable column, and a bottom plate is arranged below the limiting plate; a fixed strip is connected to an inner wall of the limiting plate, and a rubber anti-slip pad is connected to the bottom end of the fixed strip; a fixed block is connected to an outer wall of the workbench; a hydraulic cylinder is installed at the bottom of the workbench, and a hydraulic rod is connected to an output end of the hydraulic cylinder; a supporting column is connected to a surface of the workbench; and a fixed column is connected to the inner wall of the limiting plate. According to the coated fabric tensioning apparatus, the movable column is pulled under the action of an external force, such that the sliding block below the movable column moves to the left and right in the sliding groove, thereby meeting the requirements for coated fabrics of different sizes; and the structure is simple, and the apparatus is convenient to operate, thereby effectively improving the practicability of the apparatus.
