Abstract:
This coating agent for oil seal is prepared as an organic solvent solution which contains, with respect to 100 parts by weight of isocyanate group-containing 1,2-polybutadiene, a total of 10-90 parts by weight of fluororesin particles having a particle size of at most 2 μm and filler particles having a particle size of 0.5-30 μm other than the fluororesin particles, and 10-40 parts by weight of wax having a melting point of 40-160°C, wherein the fluororesin particles are used in a proportion of 20-80 wt% of the total filler amount. Said coating agent for oil seal improves wear resistance while maintaining the roughness of a coating surface to which the coating agent is applied.
