Abstract:
To allow a functional substance to continuously and efficaciously exhibit its function over a long time, it is intended to provide a coating produced by blending a water−dispersible resin, which is hardened in an amorphous state and thus exhibits air−permeability after hardening, with a functional substance having a specific function (for example, an antibacterial, sterilizing, offensive odor−relieving, deodorizing, mildew−proofing, aromatic or light−preserving substance). A bag is formed by surface−coating a rectangular sheet with the above coating, folding the sheet as the coated face inside and bonding the inner face edges to each other by taking advantage of the adhesive force of the coating.
