Abstract:
Provided is an aqueous coating composition which has excellent electrical physical properties and surface physical properties and which can form a fluororesin coating layer that has good adhesive properties. A coating composition according to the present invention contains two or more kinds of fluororesins, said coating composition being characterized in that at least one of the fluororesins is a fluororesin (I) that has 30-1000 functional groups per 106 main-chain carbons, said coating composition further containing an inorganic filler, a surfactant, and a liquid medium.
