Abstract:
This coating device comprises a head, an arm, and a control unit. The head has a nozzle surface. The arm retains the head. Movement of the head is controlled via the arm. The control unit, while moving the head in a first direction along the nozzle surface, causes the head to oscillate in a second direction intersecting with the first direction and/or causes the head to rotate and swing along the nozzle surface, in a state in which the nozzle surface and an object to be coated are caused to face each other.
