Abstract:
A coating device (1) for coating slurry onto a base material (10). The coating device (1) comprises: an extrusion head (20), a support (30), a frame (40), an isolation belt (50), a drive roller (60), a pinch roller (70), and a tension roller (80). The extrusion head is provided with a discharge port (21), and the extrusion head (20) and the support (30) are correspondingly disposed on two sides of the base material (10). During a coating process, the support (30) provides a support force for the base material (10) to enable the slurry flowing out of the discharge port (21) to coat the base material (10), and the support (30) is fixedly connected to the frame (40) to ensure that the distance between the base material (10) and the discharge port (21) is a fixed value, thereby improving coating consistency and uniformity.
