Abstract:
The present invention provides an aqueous coating material composition that can form a fluororesin coating film layer having superior electrical and surface properties and excellent adhesiveness. Provided is a coating material composition including two or more types of fluororesins, the coating material composition being characterized in that: at least one type of fluororesin is a fluororesin (I) in which the number of functional groups is 30-1000 per 106 main-chain carbons; and the composition further includes an inorganic filler, a surfactant, a liquid medium, and a non-fluororesin.
