Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a coating method for preventing degassing of an aerospace part made of resin. In the coating method for preventing degassing of an aerospace part made of resin, firstly a polymer material containing resin is provided. Next, a first degassing process is performed in which the polymer material is heat-dried so as to evaporate gas. Thereafter, a surface of the polymer material that went through the first degassing process is low-temperature plasma-treated to introduce a hydrophilic functional group such that the surface of the polymer material can be plated. Then, the surface of the polymer material that went through the low-temperature plasma treatment is subjected to a catalytic treatment and an activation treatment for a subsequent process. After that, a first functional metal layer for suppressing outgas generated due to degassing is formed on the surface of the polymer material through an electroless plating process.
