Abstract:
A coating system (100), relating to the technical field of coating. The coating system (100) comprises a coating head (10), a feeding device (20), and a valve (30); the coating head (10) is provided with at least two distribution cavities (11) independent of each other, and each distribution cavity (11) has a respective coating opening; the feeding device (20) is connected to the distribution cavities (11) and used for providing slurry for the distribution cavities (11); and the valve (30) is arranged between the at least one distribution cavity (11) and the feeding device (20) and used for enabling the corresponding distribution cavity (11) and the feeding device (20) to be communicated or disconnected. By means of the same coating head (10), multi-layer coating can be achieved, and the slurry can be divided into multiple layers to be coated on a substrate (200) for multiple times to form a certain coating thickness on the substrate (200), so that a pressure in each distribution cavity (11) is lower than a pressure of concentrating the slurry in one distribution cavity (11), and lip wear can be reduced. Each layer is coated by the same coating head (10), so that a coating time interval between the layers is relatively short, and better adhesiveness is achieved between the layers. The provision of the valve (30) enables the coating system to achieve local thin coating.
