Abstract:
A coconut fiber high-speed carding machine, comprising a central rolling wheel (20) mounted on a machine housing (10), and several carding rollers (30) positioned on the outer periphery of the central rolling wheel (20), wherein the central rolling wheel (20) and the carding rollers (30) rotate at a high speed relative to the machine housing (10) by means of a belt pulley assembly (40); and two ends of each carding roller (30) are respectively mounted on the machine housing (10) by means of elastic floating mounting assemblies (50), and the distance between each carding roller (30) and the central rolling wheel (20) is adjusted in real time by means of the elastic floating mounting assemblies (50). The outer peripheral face of the central rolling wheel (20) is provided with several horizontal carding teeth (21) distributed at intervals, and the outer peripheral face of each carding roller (30) is also provided with several vertical carding teeth (31) distributed at intervals. The central rolling wheel (20) and the carding rollers (30) synchronously rotate under the drive of the belt pulley assembly (40), so that the horizontal carding teeth (21) and the vertical carding teeth (31) synchronously card and shape a coconut fiber raw material in horizontal and vertical directions, respectively. By means of the specific carding structural design, coconut fibers are rapidly carded, and the working efficiency is significantly improved.
