Abstract:
Disclosed is a coffee bean roasting apparatus. The coffee bean roasting apparatus comprises a roasting bin (2) for accommodating coffee beans (6), a hot air supply device (3) for supplying heat and air to the roasting bin, and a collecting bin (4) for collecting coffee bean skins (61). The collecting bin is in communication with the baking bin; a first bean outlet (21) which is in communication with the outside is provided in the bottom of the baking bin; and a bin door (22) which can be opened and closed is arranged on the first bean outlet. Roasted coffee beans can be removed from the coffee bean roasting apparatus without manually lifting the whole roasting apparatus to pour out the coffee beans, and the coffee bean roasting apparatus is therefore more convenient to use.
