COFFEE EXTRACTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/119546
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A coffee extractor, in particular, a paper dripper using a filter paper as an instrument that without the need of knack for hot water pouring, enables making of tasty coffee even for only one person. Further, it is intended to make rich espresso coffee with the use of the same instrument. For making of tasty coffee, it is of importance not to stir coffee powder with hot water and to attain adsorption of any disagreeable bitter ingredients by a coffee powder settling layer. Thus, coffee extraction is carried out by approximately uniformly pressing the coffee powder on a filter by means of a not only water permeable but also flexible tamper provided with plummet distribution and further by using a hot water supply vessel consisting of two compartments provided upside and downside having a water level raised by disposing a conduit therebetween.
