Abstract:
Provided is a coil device for which the amount of man-hours in an assembly process can be reduced. The coil device according to the present invention comprises: a bobbin (1) made of synthetic resin having flanges respectively projecting at both ends of a cylindrical part; a magnetic core (30) passing through the inside of the bobbin (1); and a coil (5) wound around the periphery of the cylindrical part of the bobbin (1). The bobbin (1) is divided into a plurality of bobbin segments in the axial direction of the cylindrical part, and two mutually adjoining bobbin segments are connected to each other by a locking structure. The flanges are provided projecting at the two bobbin segments located at both ends among the plurality of bobbin segments. The flanges are each provided with a projecting piece (14, 15) projecting toward the other side flange to cover each one base end of two lead wires (51, 52) drawn from the coil (5) and thereby prevent the two lead wires (51, 52) from moving away from the coil (5).
