Abstract:
This coil insertion device inserts, from one axial direction side toward the other axial direction side, coils into a plurality of slots penetrating a stator core in the axial direction, each coil being configured by a coil wire wound in a ring shape. The coil insertion device comprises: a coil moving mechanism that is arranged radially inward of the stator core, that moves in the axial direction, and that moves the coils; a plurality of blades that are arranged along the circumferential direction of the stator core radially inward of the stator core and radially outward of the coil moving mechanism, that extend along the axial direction of the stator core, and that hold the coil; and a guide that guides the axial direction movement of the coils, the coils being passed along the axial direction at one axial direction side of the stator core.
