Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an inserter-method coil insertion machine having a coil bundle separation means for separating, to both sides from the center along an axial direction, coil bundles hooked in a blade gap, the coil insertion machine making it possible to manufacture a concentrated winding motor having a high coil space factor even when the motor is smaller than in the past, and the coil insertion machine having a high durability in which thin-plate parts forming the coil bundle separation means do not easily deform or crack. [Solution] An inserter-method coil insertion machine, wherein a coil bundle separation means for guiding adjacent coil bundles to be inserted into a single slot into the slot while separating the coil bundles to the left and right respectively is constituted as a single mass having thin-plate parts provided so as to radiate from an axis. Coil pushing-in pieces constituting a coil bundle pushing-in means for pushing the coil bundles into the slots are fixed to the lower-end surface of the thin-plate parts so as to sandwich both surfaces of the thin-plate parts.
