Abstract:
A coiler device (1) for winding a strip of cushioning material (2) into a coil (13) is disclosed. The coiler device (1) includes a working plate (8), at least two winding pins (7) and a driving mechanism (10). The working plate (8) has a working surface, a rotation axis and at least two holes (15) away from the rotation axis. The at least two winding pins (7) are disposed through the at least two holes (15) and protruding out of the working surface respectively when winding the strip. The driving mechanism (10) is configured to rotate the working plate (8), wherein the at least two winding pins (7) are retractable from the working plate (8) through the at least two holes (15) respectively.
