Abstract:
A cold mixing machine for plastic raw materials, comprising a barrel (1), a rotating shaft path (2), a rotating motor (3), stirring pipes (4), a barrel partition (5), a feed port (6), and a discharge port (7). The lower end of the rotating shaft path (2) is connected to the rotating motor (3). The stirring pipes (4) are connected to the rotating shaft path (2) by means of pipe mounting hole in the rotating shaft path (2). The barrel partition (5) is sealingly sleeved outside the rotating shaft path (2), and the lower end of the rotating shaft path (2) is provided with a shaft path water outlet (12). The bottom of the barrel (1) is connected to a water outlet pipe (15). The water outlet pipes (15) is sequentially connected to a water pump (16), a one-way valve (17), a brine tank (18), and a water inlet pipe (19), and the water inlet pipe (19) is connected to a shaft path water inlet (22). The top of the brine tank (18) is provided with an air injection inlet (23), and the air injection inlet (23) is connected to a dry ice sprayer (24). The feed port (6) is located at the top of a side wall of a stirring chamber (10). The discharge port (7) is located at the bottom of the side wall of the stirring chamber (10). The cold mixing machine integrates stirring and cooling functions, features a good cold-mixing effect and high working efficiency, and has a cooling water self-circulation function.
