Abstract:
A cold roll forming method for a special-shaped rod that has mounting grooves (3), comprising the following steps: S1, forming a base groove (2); S2, forming mounting grooves (3); S3, forming a turning and bending part (4a); S4, repeating steps S1-S3 on a substrate (1) until all mounting groove units (4) on the substrate (1) are formed, wherein two end parts of the substrate (1) are close to and abut against each other or form a gap; and S5, lastly, connecting the two end parts of the substrate (1) together by means of welding so as to form a special-shaped rod that has the mounting grooves (3).
