Abstract:
The present invention provides a cold rolled steel sheet that has excellent press moldability and that has a specific amount of a coating layer deposited thereon. The coating layer contains a binder which satisfies a specific condition and a wax which satisfies a specific condition, the wax being contained in a specific mass percentage.
