Abstract:
Provided is a cold rolling oil composition which is for ferrite-based stainless steel strips and from which a product having excellent surface gloss is obtained without occurrence of seizure. The cold rolling oil composition contains (A) 100 parts by weight of a base oil, (B) 0.5-10.0 parts by weight of a phosphate amine salt, (C) 0.2-10.0 parts by weight of a fatty acid, and (D) 2.0-10.0 parts by weight of a specific glycol monoether, and has a kinematic viscosity of 10 mm2/s or less at 40°C.
