Abstract:
A color master batch drying and powder removing device, relating to the technical field of color master batch processing devices. The color master batch drying and powder removing device comprises a working box (1); a feeding door (101) and a discharging door (102) are rotatably connected to the working box (1); a motor (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the working box (1); the output end of the motor (2) is fixedly connected to a first rotating shaft (201); a turbine blade (2013) is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (201); a conveying cylinder (4) is fixedly connected in the working box (1); the turbine blade (2013) is attached to the inner wall of the conveying cylinder (4); dust removing boxes (3) are fixedly connected to the working box (1); a dust suction blade (3011) and a first belt wheel (3013) are fixedly connected to each of second rotating shafts (301); drying boxes (5) are fixedly connected to the working box (1); through holes are formed in each drying box (5); filtering screens (503) are fixedly connected to the drying box (5); a third rotating shaft (501) is rotatably connected in the drying box (5); an air blowing blade (5011) and a second belt wheel (5012) are fixedly connected to the third rotating shaft (501); the air blowing blade (5011) is rotatably connected in the drying box (5); and the first belt wheel (3013) is rotatably connected to the second belt wheel (5012) by means of a belt. Providing the dust removing boxes (3) can perform dust removal on the color master batch generated during drying.
