Abstract:

A color masterbatch cutting device, comprising a base (1). A driving mechanism is provided on the base (1); a first fixed rod (5) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the base (1); a first material container (6), a second material container (7), a water tank (8), and a workbench (9) are fixedly connected to the end of the first fixed rod (5) away from the base (1); a fourth rotating shaft (14) is rotatably connected to the first material container (6); a third bevel gear (1401) and stirring teeth (1402) are fixedly connected to the fourth rotating shaft (14); the stirring teeth (1402) are disposed in the first material container (6); a second rotating shaft (11) is rotatably connected to the second material container (7); a second belt pulley (1101), a third belt pulley (1102), and a spiral blade (1103) are fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft (11); the spiral blade (1103) is disposed in the second material container (7); a discharge port (701) is provided on the second material container (7); a feeding mechanism and a cutting mechanism are provided on the workbench (9). The device is easy to operate, color masterbatch strips formed by extrusion are cooled by cold water and shaped, so that the diameters of the color masterbatch strips are the same, and the risk that a cutting blade gets stuck is reduced.
