Abstract:
Disclosed is a color master batch drying device. The color master batch drying device comprises a feeding hopper (1), a feeding box (2), a drying cavity (3) and a recovery box body (4), which are sequentially connected. The feeding box (2) is in sealed connection with the drying cavity (3) by means of a hopper-shaped inlet (3-1), a hopper-shaped outlet (3-2) of the drying cavity (3) is connected to a feeding port (12) of the recovery box body (4) by means of a discharging pipe, the feeding hopper (1) and the recovery box body (4) are connected to a waste gas recovery device (21), a material-separating stirring disc (27) is arranged in the feeding hopper (1), the material-separating stirring disc (27) comprises a disc (27-1), the disc (27-1) is rotationally connected to an inner side wall of the feeding box (2), an arc-shaped baffle (27-2) is arranged at an edge of the disc (27-1), a through hole (27-3) is provided in the arc-shaped baffle (27-2), a preheating pipe (28) is arranged at the bottom of the body of the feeding box (2), a hot air pipe (9) is arranged in the drying cavity, and a cold air outlet (18) is provided in the recovery box body (4). By arranging a combined structure of the feeding box (2), the drying cavity (3) and the recovery box body (4), the problem of existing color master batch drying apparatuses having low drying efficiency as a result of drying steps being repeated due to incomplete drying is solved.
