Abstract:
A comb-loading mechanism for fibers on an FRP plate, comprising a feeding frame (1) for placing a fiber tray (2), a comb assembly provided downstream the feeding frame (1) and used for dividing fibers into a plurality of bundles, and a feeding roller (4) located downstream the comb assembly; the comb assembly comprises a comb frame (31) and a comb rod (33) mounted on a lower end face of a cross beam (32) of the comb frame (31) and extending downward, a loading assembly for arranging the fiber bundles on the feeding roller (4) is provided on a longitudinal beam (34) of the comb frame (31) and at a position lower than the comb rod (33). Said mechanism utilizes the loading assembly on the comb frame to lift the dropped fibers and enables the fibers to be uniformly distributed on the loading assembly, and the loading assembly drives the fibers to pass through the comb rod and then the fibers are arranged on the feeding roller.
