Abstract:

A combined air spring system comprising an upper cover plate (1), an airbag (2), an upper end plate (3), and a lower end plate (4). The periphery of the upper cover plate (1) is connected to the periphery of the upper end plate (3) by means of the airbag (2). A low-position hourglass elastic body (5) is connected between the upper end plate (3) and the lower end plate (4). A pressing plate (7) is mounted at the bottom of the upper cover plate (1). A high-position elastic body (6) is connected between the upper cover plate (1) and the pressing plate (7). A limiting table (71) is disposed at the bottom of the pressing plate (7). A limiting groove (31) is formed in the top surface of the upper end plate (3). The limiting table (71) is located in the limiting groove (31) in an air leakage state. The air spring system has a simple structure, is convenient to mount, has low heavy-load vertical stiffness and high comfort and stability and can satisfy requirements on different limiting intervals.
