Abstract:
A combined machining method for a metal material, comprising: enabling a first surface (31) of a first plate body (3) to be in contact with a second surface (41) of a second plate body (4); placing the first plate body (3) and the second plate body (4) in a groove (13) in the circumference of a first roll (1), and enabling a third surface (42) of the second plate body (4) to be in contact with the bottom wall of the groove (13), the third surface (42) being opposite to the second surface (41), and the hardness of the first plate body (3) being greater than that of the second plate body (4); and controlling the first roll (1) and a second roll (2) to rotate so as to roll the first plate body (3) and the second plate body (4) to form a composite plate (5), in a rolling process, a fourth surface (32) of the first plate body (3) being in contact with the surface of the second roll (2), and the fourth surface (32) being opposite to the first surface (31). In the combined machining method for the metal material, the first plate body (3) and the second plate body (4) are placed in the groove (13) to perform machining, such that the side edge of the composite plate (5) is prevented from generating flashes and burrs.
