Title:
COMBINED MACHINING TOOL AND MACHINING METHOD USING THIS COMBINED MACHINING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/017786
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, a reamer is advanced and retracted using a drive source of a tool main shaft. A combined machining tool 10 which is attached to and driven by a spindle 12a has a cutter 22 attached to the tip section of a tool main shaft 11 and allows a reamer 28 to be freely advanced and retracted with respect to the tool main shaft 11. The reamer 28 is supported by a reamer holder 58 within the tool main shaft 11 and the reamer holder 58 is fed by a feed screw nut 62 to advance and retract. The feed screw nut 62 is driven by deceleration of the rotation of the tool main shaft 11 by a transmission mechanism 80. The transmission mechanism 80 comprises a differential mechanism 82 and a planetary gear mechanism 84. The planetary gear mechanism 84 comprises a feed screw nut gear 63a, a pinion gear 92, and an internal gear 91. The differential mechanism 82 comprises an input gear 86 that rotates as a single unit with the tool main shaft 11, an output gear 87 that rotates as a single unit with the internal gear 91, and a transmission gear 88 that meshes with the input gear 86 and the output gear 87. Advancement of the reamer 28 is driven by the same power as the rotation of the tool main shaft 11.
