A combined power built-in winch, comprising a base (1), a main shaft (2), a left plate (3), a reel (4), a cylindrical stator winding (5), a cylindrical permanent magnet (6), a cylindrical stator (7), a cylindrical rotor (8), a right plate (13), and a power source line passing hole (14); a waste oil collection tank (19) is placed directly below the reel (4), and an opening at the top of the waste oil collection tank (19) faces the reel (4) vertically upwards. The winch uses the reel as the outer peripheral structure of a hub motor, and three combined power sources use one main shaft with the winch reel, the main shaft being fixed to the base as the stator of the hub motor; the entire structure is compact, lightweight, and low cost, and omits structures such as a decelerator, having the advantages of being energy saving and environmentally friendly and having low pollution, stable operation, high reliability, low speed, high torque, and high efficiency, meeting low speed and high torque usage requirements.
