Abstract:
A combined vehicle instrument panel support frame, comprising an instrument panel main frame body (10). A mounting groove (11) is formed at the middle section of the front wall surface of the instrument panel main frame body (10). Connecting threaded holes (12) are formed at the upper section of the front wall surface of the instrument panel main frame body (10) at both the left and right sides of the mounting groove (11). The rear section of a steering column support frame (20) is inserted into the mounting groove (11). Connecting plate body sections (22) are formed on the outer side walls of lateral support plates (21) at both the left and right sides of the steering column support frame (20). The connecting plate body section (22) is fixedly connected to the instrument panel main frame body (10) via fixing bolts (30). Threaded connecting sections at the rear sections of the fixing bolts (30) are threadedly connected to the corresponding connecting threaded holes (12). The instrument panel support frame is formed by fixedly connecting the instrument panel main frame body and a welded steel pipe; the instrument panel main frame body of the support frame is manufactured by molding and is compact, the mold is inexpensive, and the molding pass rate is high; meanwhile, the welded steel pipe is inexpensive, has sufficient strength, and provides an excellent effect; the steering column support frame and the instrument panel main frame body require only two fixing threaded bolts for fixed connection, thus reducing processing difficulty and increasing processing efficiency and product pass rate.
