Abstract:
This common adjustment circuit (10) comprises: a first comparator (151) that compares a reference voltage with the voltage between a first transistor (111) and a first resistor (121), and outputs the result; a current mirror circuit (161) that includes a second transistor (112) that passes an input current, and a third transistor (113) that passes an output current; a replica circuit (20) that mimics a differential amplifier; and a second comparator (19) in which one input is connected to the connection node between the third transistor (113) and a second resistor (122), and the other input is connected to the replica output node of the replica circuit (20), the second comparator (19) comparing the two inputs and outputting a bias voltage.
