Abstract:
A topology conversion information storage unit 82 stores therein information about connection relations of core nodes in an aggregation network, and information specifying a real port which allows each core node in the aggregation network to be connected to a device outside the aggregation network and information specifying a real node which is the core node that includes the real port, for each aggregation network. A topology update unit 83 updates the information stored in the topology conversion information storage unit 82 for each aggregation network. On the basis of the information stored in the topology conversion information storage unit 82, a communication control unit 81 converts an aggregation flow which is received from a control device and which is defined for each aggregation network to a real flow which is defined for each core node in the aggregation network.
