Abstract:
A user device according to a first embodiment is registered in a first mobile network by using a first subscriber identity module (SIM), and in a second mobile network by using a second SIM. The user device comprises a processor. The processor executes a process of receiving, from the first mobile network, settings information that sets either a non-execution timing at which downlink transmission from the first mobile network to the user device is not executed or an execution timing at which the downlink transmission is executed. The processor executes a process of transmitting, to the second mobile network, identifying information for identifying the timing set by the settings information.
