Abstract:
Disclosed are a communication method, a terminal and a network device, the method comprising: a terminal receiving a downlink reference signal sent by a network device in a first cell, and determining, according to the downlink reference signal, a downlink path loss estimation value between the terminal and the first cell; and the terminal sending an uplink signal in a second cell, wherein the uplink transmission power of the terminal sending the uplink signal is determined according to the downlink path loss estimation value.
