Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a community kitchen waste collection and pretreatment system, comprising a collection device, a crushing device, and a centrifugal device, which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and further comprising a waste liquid pretreatment device and a solids drying device, which are connected to the centrifugal device, wherein the waste liquid pretreatment device is connected to a waste liquid tank, and the solids drying device is connected to a solids collection device. By means of the community kitchen waste collection and pretreatment system provided by the present invention, automatic pretreatment can be realized in a community, and treated waste can then be transported to a treatment plant for deep treatment, such that not only is the emission of odors during short-term storage avoided, which affects the living environment of people, but further treatment by the treatment plant is also facilitated.
