Abstract:
A comparator circuit (5) outputs digital signals (XQP, XQN) corresponding to differential signals (IN, /IN) to a flip-flop (3) having a prescribed prohibition input. A conversion circuit (4) differentially amplifies the differential signals (IN, /IN) and converts these signals into signals (/QP, /QN) that are complementary digital signals. A logic circuit (10) performs a prescribed logic operation, and when logic values of the signals (/QP, /QN) are different from each other, outputs the digital signals (XQP, XQN) corresponding to the logic value of the signals (/QP, /QN) and when the logical values of the signals (/QP, /QN) are the same, outputs digital signals (XQP, XQN) having the same values other than the prescribed prohibited inputs.
