Abstract:
This comparator circuit outputs an output voltage at a first logic level if an input voltage exceeds a first threshold voltage, and outputs the output voltage at a second logic level if the input voltage falls below a second threshold voltage lower than the first threshold voltage, and is provided with: a converting circuit which converts the input voltage to a first voltage and to a second voltage lower than the first voltage; and a logic circuit which outputs the output voltage at the first logic level if the first voltage exceeds a third threshold voltage, and outputs the output voltage at the second logic level if the second voltage falls below a fourth threshold voltage lower than the third threshold voltage.
