Abstract:
A complex building management platform system may comprise: a communication unit configured to communicate with at least one access control device installed in each of at least one unit of a complex building and with at least one user device corresponding to a tenant of the at least one unit; a scraping unit configured to receive authentication information corresponding to the tenant of the complex building and to collect transaction details corresponding to a rent payment for the at least one unit by communicating with a financial institution server using the authentication information; an address generation unit configured to determine a first access control device corresponding to a unit, among the at least one unit, that has the rent payment confirmed from the transaction details, and to generate one-time use address information accessible to the first access control device; and an access control unit configured to determine a first user device corresponding to the first access control device from among the at least one user device.
