Abstract:
A complex harmonic transmission device capable of regulating an angle in real time, comprising a first wave generator (2), a second wave generator (9), a first flexible external gear (4), a second flexible external gear (12), a first rigid internal gear (3), a second rigid internal gear (11), a first spherical gear (7), a first output shaft (8), a second output shaft (14), an input shaft (17), and a second gear structure (18). The first wave generator (2) and the second wave generator (9) are respectively provided in the first flexible external gear (4) and the second flexible external gear (12). The first flexible external gear (4) and the second flexible external gear (12) are respectively provided in the first rigid internal gear (3) and the second rigid internal gear (11). The first output shaft (8) is connected to the first flexible external gear (4). The first spherical gear (7) is fixed to the first output shaft (8). The second output shaft (14) is fixedly connected to the second flexible external gear (12). The input shaft (17) is fixedly connected to the second wave generator (9). The second gear structure (18) is fixedly provided on the input shaft (17). The first spherical gear (7) is meshed with the second gear structure (18). Two harmonic reducers can perform space pitch and deflection for a certain angle.
