Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to separate automobile shredder residue into uniform particle sizes and thereby solve the problem of overloading a crushing unit and a vacuum suction device, and to separate the automobile shredder residue by particle size to increase fiber fluff removal efficiency. The present invention provides a complex sorting system for sorting automobile shredder residue using a trommel, the complex sorting system comprising: a first trommel which separates the automobile shredder residue into particles having an average particle size of 30 mm or less and particles having an average particle size over 30 mm; a first magnetic sorting unit which receives the particles having an average particle size over 30 mm separated by the first trommel, and separates same into magnetic products and non-magnetic products; a first crushing unit which receives and crushes the separated non-magnetic products to form first crushed products; a plurality of blown air sorting units which receive the first crushed products, separate same into high-weight products and low-weight products, and discharge the low-weight products; a sorting unit which receives the high-weight products from the blown air sorting units, crushes same, and classifies the crushed high-weight products into particles having an average particle size of 5 mm or less, particles having an average particle size of 5 to 12 mm, and particles having an average particle size of 12 to 20 mm; and an output unit which receives the particles having an average particle size of 5 mm or less to collect conductive metal particles, receives the particles having an average particle size of 5 to 12 mm and the particles having an average particle size of 12 to 20 mm to collect nonferrous metals, and discharges polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
