CLAIMS

1. A fish feed complex containing micronutrients and amino acids that increase the performance and stress resistance of cold water fish exposed to high water temperature in summer season and contain less than 20% fish meal in its content, characterized in that comprising 29.1% Iron (Fe+2), 28.1% Lysine, 28.1% Methionine, 0.1% Vitamin E, 0.5% Vitamin C and 14.1% L-tryptophan in total feed.

2. A fish feed complex containing micronutrients and amino acids containing more than 20% fish meal, which increases the performance and stress resistance of cold water fish exposed to high water temperature in summer season characterized in that comprising 66.6% Iron (Fe+2), 0,2% Vitamin E, 1.1% Vitamin C and 32.1 % L-tryptophan in total feed.

Description:
A COMPLEX THAT CONTAINING MICRONUTRIENTS/AMINO ACID

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to micronutrients and a forage complex containing amino acid to increase the performance and stress resistance of cold fish exposed to hot water during the summer.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses micronutrients and amino acids as a forage complex containing iron (Fe +2 ), lysine and methionine, L-tryptophan, Vitamin E and Vitamin C to increase the performance and stress resistance of cold fish exposed to hot water during the summer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Commercially available amino acid and micronutrient complexes (premixes) for land and aquatic animals are used for vital activities such as the development and reproduction of animal. These premixes are intended to achieve the desired goal by using the recommended dose or higher rate of the premix manufacturers. However, it is heretofore known that the number of micronutrient complexes in their rations should be constantly changed in unfavourable cultivation conditions. In addition, the levels of micronutrients (minerals and vitamins) in the feed have decreased significantly in recent years as a result of the replacement of the amount of fish meal in the fish feed with vegetable protein sources. It is also known that by reducing fish meal, significant reductions occur in the amounts of essential amino acids (such as lysine, methionine and L-tryptophan) from this source. For this reason, the contents of the commercial available micronutrient complexes do not meet the micro- nutritional requirement of animal, especially during summer periods when the ambient water temperature increases in the cultural conditions for cold-water fish. Ultimately, this results in serious losses.

There are no micronutrients and amino acid complexes that increase the temperature tolerance of the cold-water fish and also promote their development during periods when the water temperature increases. In this invention, mineral and vitamin premixes a long with specific amino acids creates a biological synergy thereby this complex increase the resistance of the fish and continuing its development during periods of increased water temperature.

The way in which the complex is applied is related to the amount of fish meal in feed formulation.

When fish meal is used below 20%: it contains iron (Fe +2 ) (311 mg kg -1 feed), lysine (300 mg kg -1 feed) and methionine (300 mg kg -1 feed), Vitamin E (1 mg kg -1 feed), Vitamin C (5 mg kg -1 feed) and L-tryptophan (150 mg kg -1 feed). The ratios of iron (Fe +2 ), lysine, methionine, Vitamin E, Vitamin C and L-tryptophan in “Micronutrition/Amino Acid Complex” are 29.1%, 28.1%, 28.1%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 14.1%, respectively.

When fish meal is used above 20%: It is recommended to use the contents of iron (Fe +2 ) (311 mg kg- 1 feed), Vitamin E (1 mg kg- 1 feed), Vitamin C (5 mg kg -1 feed) and L-tryptophan (150 mg kg -1 feed). The ratios of Iron (Fe +2 ), Vitamin E, Vitamin C and L- tryptophan in “Micronutrition/Amino Acid Complex” are 66.6%, 0.2%, 1.1% and 32.1%, respectively.

Iron (Fe +2 ) tests: The different levels of iron (Fe +2 ) have been tested against commercial food of 161 , 311, 461 and 761 mg Fe +2 kg 1 feed). At the end of this test, which lasted sixty days, the growth, the feed for fish whose starting weight is increased from 15°C to 24°C with 22 g rainbow trout and when the blood parameters are analyzed, the best group has been determined in individuals fed with the feed containing 311 mg Fe +2 kg 1 . The feeds used in these tests contain 10% fish meal in total diet. The addition of lysine (300 mg kg -1 feed) and methionine (300 mg kg -1 feed) in feed with iron showed a high growth in trout kept at such a high water temperatures (24°C).

Vitamin E tests: Three different Vit-E levels (50, 100, 500 mg Vit-E kg 1 feed) have been tested. Trout individuals with an average weight of 20-25 g have been used in the tests. The water temperature has stabilized at 17°C during the sixty-day test. At the end of the test, the water temperature of the recirculation aquaculture system connected to the tanks has been increased up to 24°C. The best group in terms of fish health and developmental performance at these water temperatures was found in 100 mg Vit-E kg -1 group. Fish meal is 10% in the feeds used in these tests.

Iron (Fe +2 ) and L-tryptophan tests: According to the results of the iron (Fe +2 ) tests, 150 and 300 mg L-tryptophan kg 1 have been added to the feed formulations of the group containing 311 mg Fe kg -1 , which was the best group. As in vitamin tests, the test has been conducted for 60 days at a constant water temperature (17°C) and the water temperature in the tanks has been increased to 24°C at the end of the test. The above-mentioned best performance values in trout individuals have been determined in-group individuals fed with the feed with the additional iron (311 mg Fe kg ·1 ) + L-tryptophan (300 mg L-tryptophan kg ·1 ). As in other tests, the feed formulated in this experiment contained 10% fish meal.

Conditions of use of the invention in trout feed formulations: In particular, the complex is also effective in feed containing high vegetable protein and can be used effectively in feed formulations wherein the amount of fish meal in the feed is reduced to <15%. On the other hand, it is foreseen that it will increase the feed intake and continue the development of fish at high water temperatures (>20°C) without the need for the addition of lysine (300 mg kg - 1 ) and methionine (300 mg kg ·1 ) in the Micro-food/amino acid complex, at levels 20% and above the amount of fish meal in the diet.
