Provided in embodiments of the present application are a compliance testing method and device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring a test symbol pattern in an optical signal transmitted by a light transmitter, the optical signal being generated by non-return to zero 2-level pulse amplitude modulation (NRZ-PAM2); performing equalization compensation on the test symbol pattern, and synthesizing a test eye diagram using the compensated test symbol pattern; according to a noise enhancement factor of the test eye diagram corresponding to the equalization compensation, computing a value of a first parameter, the first parameter being used to determine the level of a transmitter dispersion eye disclosure of the light transmitter; if the value of the first parameter is less than or equal to a preset threshold, determining that a compliance test of the optical signal is passed. The compliance testing method and device and a storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application can determine whether an optical signal transmitted by a light transmitter using an NRZ-PAM2 method can satisfy the use requirements of a light receiver.
