Abstract:
Provided is a component mounting system (10) in which a component (80) is mounted on a frame member (70) by using a fastener (42), the system comprising: a machine (40) that perforates the frame member and component along a machining axis 41 and that uses the fastener to fasten; a positioning section (20) that positions a mounting position on the frame member relative to the machining axis; a robot (30) that transports the component to the mounting position on the frame member; and a detection device that is provided on the machining axis, that includes a camera for imaging the component which has been transported to the mounting position, and that comprises a sensor for detecting the tilt of the component which has been transported to the mounting position. The robot positions the machining position and machining direction of the component relative to the machining axis on the basis of the position of the component as found from the image captured by the camera and on the basis of the tilt of the component detected by the sensor.
