Abstract:
A component mounting device photographs the reverse surface of an electronic component and recognizes the position of a terminal group. The electronic component is then mounted in a mounting target position on the basis of the recognized position of the terminal group, whereby a plurality of substrates with components mounted thereon are produced. A component mounting system measures the positional relationship of the terminal group and the external shape of the electronic components before mounting, and on the basis of the positions of a prescribed portion of the electronic components determined from the external shape of the electronic components and the positional relationship, measures the mounting position of the electronic components on the plurality of substrates with components mounted thereon. The displacement of the mounting positions of the electronic components is then inspected, and on the basis of the displacement of the mounting positions on the plurality of substrates with components mounted thereon, calibration data for correcting the displacement of the mounting positions is calculated.
