Abstract:
Disclosed are an MXene/metal composite aerogel, a preparation method therefor and use thereof, and a thermal interface material containing same. The MXene/metal composite aerogel comprises an MXene framework and a metal. The MXene framework is cross-linked by means of the metal to form a network structure. The MXene/metal composite aerogel is prepared by means of a method, comprising: first reacting MXene with a metal salt, reducing metal ions into metal nanoparticles in situ, then forming the network structure by using an ice template method and freeze-drying, and finally annealing so that the metal nanoparticles are melted for "welding" to an MXene sheet layer. The MXene/metal composite aerogel provided in the present application has a good thermal conductivity, structural stability, and thermal conducting stability, and can be used as a thermal conducting filler and used for preparing the thermal interface material. The MXene/metal composite aerogel has good compatibility with an organic polymer material, and has a wider range of applications for a polymer substrate.
